Does your company have the ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute 15 events in some of the world’s most interesting geographies?  (Actually, we only need execution on two of those at the beginning, and we’ll take over from there).   Request for proposal here.   Live Google Doc where we will be answering questions publicly here:

Help us redefine how we create the flagship UNICEF State of the World’s Children publication.  We want 15+ events to form the basis for a report, and a community, around global innovation for equity and for youth – and we need a group to help us strategize how to run each individual event, and how they fit into the larger picture.  Read on, below.

UNICEF is seeking proposals from prospective bidders for a package that includes:

  • Curating and production of two events: (one in New York City and one elsewhere), with technical support for another 13 events globally themed around innovations for equity in children for State of the World Children’s report 2014.
  • Toolkit: Provide the necessary operational tools for other UNICEF country offices to create their own event (posters, invitations, templates, workflows, speaker guidelines etc.).
  • Website: Provide a customizable website platform (including a social media strategy) to capture the interest around, during and after each of these events to archive and create a community around the 15 events.
